No: Last i saw, it was speculated that even with complete extraction of the cyanide compounds with complete pulverization of the seeds (assuming the sides aren't intact, which would make the cyanide inaccessible), it would take 85 grams, or half a cup of pure seeds to get to a harmful level. Feel safe!

No: No. Three apples worth of seeds per day is no problem. Juice, however, is not very good for you in general. You are better off eating the whole fruit and skipping the juice. But that is for general health and has nothing to do with cyanide.
