FINGER PAIN: Sounds like it might be related to chemicals irritating his fingers. He might try hydrocortisone cream on his finger tips.

Deficiency /toxicity: He may be experiencing either a vitamin deficiency, a fatty acid deficiency, a mineral deficiency, or toxicity from chemicals used at work. You should determine if the stinging is neuropathic or from the superficial paper cuts. The other possibility is a eczema type reaction to chemicals
