Would focus on stopping the events by OTC preps such as butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, CoQ-10, or magnesium. Doubt can cure but surely could prevent.

No cure but control: Migraines can usually be controlled but can only be cured if the triggering mechanism can be identified and eliminated (hormone, stress , nasal congestion, TMD etc). The best way to reduce migraine is adopting a rather fixed eating and sleep habit in addition to stress reduction.
