Tips on migraine: Migraine varies in its expression, and symptoms are different from one patient to another, but paroxysmal vertigo is part of migraine, and term "vestibular migraine" is just confusing. Would focus on stopping the events by OTC preps such as butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, CoQ-10, or magnesium. Doubt can cure but surely could prevent.

No cure but control: Migraines can usually be controlled but can only be cured if the triggering mechanism can be identified and eliminated (hormone, stress , nasal congestion, TMD etc). The best way to reduce migraine is adopting a rather fixed eating and sleep habit in addition to stress reduction. Triptan has been quite effective for acute migraine and recently Botox has been approved for those with >15 /mo
