Maybe, but unlikely: This might be possible but unlikely. Gonorrhea and chlamydia usually are cleared by the immune system within a few months. With rare exceptions either of these infections would be gone within a year. Still, if in doubt, get tested.

Yes, but ...: Yes, it may, and not uncommon after initial symptoms but not often with no initial flare. Nonetheless, seek counseling and testing if in doubt. In reality, you may do nothing as long as being asymptomatic or not in the category of high risk like multiple partners, promiscuity, anal..., etc.
