Maybe, but unlikely: This might be possible but unlikely. Gonorrhea and chlamydia usually are cleared by the immune system within a few months. With rare exceptions either of these infections would be gone within a year. Still, if in doubt, get tested.

In reality, you may do nothing as long as being asymptomatic or not in the category of high risk like multiple partners, promiscuity, anal..., etc.
