Low back pain: Since Sjogren's affects the lower back area, the major feature would be low back pain plus dryness in the eyes, nose, and/or mouth (not skin). Chronic fatigue and muscle aches are rather nonspecific symptoms not diagnostic of any disease but would be included as symptoms for fibromyalgia. See rheumatologist if you have questions.
