Mid Abdominal pain: The abdominal rectal muscles are covered by fascia, in the upper 2/3 is anterior and posterior. in the lower 1/3 is anterior only. The fascia meet in the mid line; the so called " Linea Alba" or white line. is a long flat ligament which extends from the xiphoid process to the pubis, Defects of the line may result in midline hernias, or generate pain after abdominal exercises. Plain advil (ibuprofen) helps
