Early pregnancy : This could certainly be early pregnancy which is caused by the congestion that happens in the associated organs during this period of time. Other causes of cramping are utis, vaginal infections and threatened abortion if bleeding happens. If the latter are symptoms happening as well please make sure you see your gyn provider asap.
