B12 deficiency: Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause you to feel weak and tired. It can cause nerve damage and can affect memory and thinking. Fatigue and low mood relieved by eating suggests low blood sugar. If problems become more serious seek medical evaluation. Best regards for good health.
