Pregnant. the frozen vegetables i have been eating daily for past 6 months have been recalled for listeria. i cook them, should i worry about baby?

No worries: Cooking food properly will kill listeria, if there is listeria in the food. One should be sure the food is cooked to a high enough temperature (usually, 165 degrees F is considered high enough).
