No worries: Cooking food properly will kill listeria, if there is listeria in the food. One should be sure the food is cooked to a high enough temperature (usually, 165 degrees F is considered high enough).

Call doc: If well cooked, vegetables are safe. If raw, then please check on batch no if possible. DO call and let your doctor know.
