Yum yum...: Queso fresco is quite delicious (mexican cheese made from raw milk) and only causes problem if it is contaminated. American cheese is made from pasterized milk, thus less chance of bacterial contamination. Listeria is a serious infection, but rather rare...7/million in us...For now, just monitor closely...If fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea etc..Consult doc...Otherwise, should be ok... Good luck.
