Headaches along with: fever in children can be a sign of many different things. A headache could just be from the fever itself, or could be viral in origin, could also be strep, Lyme disease, sinusitis. I would recommend a visit with her pediatrician to examine her for this illness and then discuss the issue of recurrence with her doctor. Hope she feels better soon.
