Rule out jock itch: 20 year old gentleman with burning sensation on scrotum. If the burning is external and on the scrotal skin does the skin look normal or any redness/itchiness? If so may be jock itch.Does the burning occur with urination and do you feel it within your urethra as you urinate? Recent sexual activity? If so, see your MD for a full exam and treatment recommendation.
