Painful urination : and painful ejaculation can be do to problems in the bladder, urethra, testicles or prostate. A classic urinary tract infection can cause painful urination; this is uncommon in men and should be investigated with urinalysis and culture for bacteria. Inflammation of the testicles (orchitis), prostate or urethra can all be the problem. See your Doctor appropriate testing and treatment. Good wishes:)
