Centrum men/ silver+: Comparing centrum men vs centrum silver 50+: 50+ contains less Vit A which can accumulate in the body , and you get from diet ; less Vit K another fat soluble vit(diet greens) no iron (you get it from your diet and you don't have a period),no tin, less selenium, less lycopene (both have small amount) The centrum silver has a bit lutein for eyes, not an issue. f/u w/doc if vits are needed.
