Visible supersternal pulse: I have incomplete information, as for BP, HR, height, Weight, is it enlarging? do you have pain, etc. What ever is you should see a thoracic surgeon. You will need an CT or MRI of the chest,, an aortogram, an cardiac ECHO. Depending of the findings such as an aneurysm and the diameter, surgery will be indicated, usually over 5-4.5 cm. Go to see a Dr, today.
