U/s says 5.6cm ovarian cyst resolved, but it still hurts all the time. what could be going on? i'm still having all the same symptoms.

Cystic fluid: If the ovarian cyst resolved by rupturing with fluid accumulation on the lining of the internal body cavity (peritoneum), then that's why you are still symptomatic. Eventually this will resolve if that is the case.
