Depends on the size: It depends on the size of the cysts and how severe are the symptoms you can take anti inflammatory medicines like Motrin for pain and discuss with your doctor how big the cysts are and what treatment will be best for you.Sometimes hormonal treatment with birth control pills can reduce the size and orevent cysts from forming.Not all cysts need surgery.
