A range from...: ...GERD, gastroparesis, partial gastric outlet obstruction secondary to peptic ulcer +/-scarring, acute H.pylori infection, pending bowel obstruction, a host of extra-intestinal pathology, to name just a few. Immediate evaluation is warranted, particularly if your abdominal pain is as severe as you indicate.
