Gallbladder?: Your symptoms make me think of the gallbladder as a source of the problem. You need to get this looked at, emergently if pain severe. Call your doctor. You will likely need to get lab, meds for symptoms, and either a CT of the abdomen or ultrasound, maybe both. Any family history of gallstones or surgery for them?
