I have a really sore throat and really tired also a rash of small close together spots i've looked online and it says scarlet fever please help?

See your doctor: Rashes are hard to diagnose online sometimes so if you do think it looked like Scarlet fever then you need to see your doctor. Scarlet fever is caused by the strep bacteria and should be treated to prevent complications. If this is a virus then the strep test will be negative and fluids, rest and liquids are the treatment.
