Most likely not ...: Average sleep duration for adults is 7-8hrs but some get by on 6hrs while others require 9 or more. Check out http://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/features/adult-sleep-needs-and-habits. As long as you can function the next day w/o needing a nap, then you're most likely getting enough. And this assumes that you don't necessarily sleep in any longer during wknds, holidays & vacations to catch up!
