Pregnant?: It could just be pms type symptoms but also could be that you are pregnant. You should be seen if pregnant with pain.

Pregnancy?: I would check a home pregnancy test. If you ovulated at day 7 of your 28 day cycle you are potentially 16 days pregnant.
