Work w/ Dr!!: Neither is better - either may be more appropriate for a person depending on specifics. Even better than either alone is to also learn how to avoid and manage anxiety in CBT therapy. All the research says so and it's true. xanax (alprazolam) is faster acting w/ a bigger hit but the effects of klonopin last longer so your body gets less damage perhaps. Neither is good for long term every day use.
