No: Pollens and allergies do not cause fever. May other cold symptoms overlap, but not running a temperature. You need to look elsewhere for the source of the fever.

No: Allergy never causes fever. I get this question a lot. However, when somebody has environmental allergies, their immune system shuts down a bit towards viral illnesses, and they are more susceptible to infection. So if he's catching more illnesses, allergy may be underlying, but is not the primary cause of the fever.
