Cefdinir: Sounds like you should be completing day 5 today. Probably best to complete it and take an anti-inflammatory like advil if not allergic to it. You can aslo use OTC nasacort (triamcinolone) or flonase for your sinus infection and irrigate with sterile saline preparations to relieve your symptoms. Those may be side effects of the antibiotic, but it sounds like you are almost done with the course.
