Depends: The finding of an antibody to mold per se does not a disease make. There are also different types of antibodies to molds with different disease implications. For allergic diseases, IgE antibody is what one looks for. For others, IgG may be more meaningful. However either may simply indicate exposure in the absence of any illness.
