Depends: depends on the patient, their habits, health, age and medical status....it also depends on location and complexity of the extraction but if one was to get a "dry socket" it would generally be within 2-4 days.....but most of the time that is not the issues, it's patients not cleaning it well, not following instructions to the fullest or they are just not comfortable to clean it well. No worries.
