Vaginal bleeding: Any abnormal, unexplained vaginal bleeding requires professional attention. There are many causes, including hormonal (e.g. oral contraceptive dose), pregnancy, miscarriage, and various infections, including STDs -- especially if bleeding mostly follows sex (i.e. post-coital bleeding).
