Please : Please take a pregnancy test just to be absolutely positive that you aren't pregnant. Changes in hormones can affect menstrual flow, and stress can affect flow also. If you have continued spotting, or have light-headedness, have abnormal vaginal discharge, feel faint, or any pain, then you would have to go to the er.
