See a psychiatrist: Body dysmorphic disorder, a phenomenon where you have a warped image of your own body, is often not recognized appropriately; kudos if you recognize that your self image is not what it should be. The next step would be to seek help with a psychiatrist who can provide therapy and/or medications to help. Good luck!
