Yeast infection?: Most likely a yeast infection, but it could be any kind of inflammation, such as allergy, chemical reaction, or other causes. Possibly herpes if there are sores if you're at risk for STD. Best to be examined professionally, so see your doctor. Or maybe your nearest government sexual health centre; your national SHCs provide the most expert care there is anywhere in the world. Good luck.
