See below: Do you have any neck pain? Acute neck pain can cause headaches and may suggest that a disc in your neck is irritated which can also compress one of the nerves causing the arm pain you mentioned. If you notice any changes in your vision, speech, or if you have any significant weakness see your physician as soon as possible
