I'm trying to figure: out what you mean by pain in "low part of colon." Your large bowel/colon is in your abdomen; we cant know for sure that is causing the pain so I am going to presume you mean very low abdominal pain, near the groin. Then "stingy" is an unusual description of abdominal pain; makes me consider your skin?? With bowel changes, consider irritable bowel and push fluids/fiber/exercise for constipation.
