A member asked:

Why do i yawn after i sneeze?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need oxygen.: A yawn satisfies the need of your body for oxygen in the short term. For example, when we're tired our breathing becomes shallow, and a yawn then gives us a big inhalation of oxygen to catch up. So in that moment, your body is sensing that it needs a little boost of oxygen, so your brain triggers a yawn.
