Severe dysmenorrhea.: It is important to determine many variables in your presentation to see if this is primarily related to your menstrual periods or if it may be suggestive of pelvic pathologies . In general, detailed a history and physical examination will be required. If you will please contact a GYN for further assessment. In the mean time try pain relief with NSAIDs to see if it might help.Take care
