A member asked:

Had blood in semen twice. got ultrasound and urine and semen culture. all normal. could there also be risk of testicular cancer. 20 year old?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Uncertain: Testicular Cancer shows up as a lump in the testicle; this can be easily felt with the hand as a growth or swelling of the Testis. Blood in the semen is not likely to be a sign of testicular Cancer. The likely sources are either a blood disorder or a problem in the seminal vesicles or in the penile urethra. Your doctor should keep checking you for a hidden cause which may show up in 6 to 12 month
