Possible Aorta: If you are quite slender, it is quite common to feel a tubular mass with a pulse, which is the descending aorta lying just anterior to your vertebrae. if it is enlarging, or you have a extremely flexible joints, it is advised that you be evaluated for an aortic aneurysm.
