Dyspnea: 27 year old lady with nonreversible dyspnea mild exertion? With normal spirometry,EKG and no other symptoms (cough, fever, chest pain,pleurisy, wheezing)- noncardiopulmonary causes of impaired O2 delivery &dyspnea need to be ruled out such as anemia, carbon monoxide poisoning, methemoglobinemia, metabolic acidosis, and pulmonary embolism. A normal chest x-ray is of value, ZIO patch r/o arrhythmia
