No: Lab tests are designed to test for 1 or 2 things each. Some are "test panels", and each item on the panel tests for 1 or 2 things. A doctor and his patient must first decide what things need to be tested for (they should have a good reason for doing each test). Then, those specific tests can be done, and the patient or her insurance company can pay for the tests (some are very expensive).
