Tincture of time: It is presumably a viral condition which can be contagious but it will pass with time. It appears the problem is esthetic and there is really no good treatment for it but the passage of time.

Pink eye: Keep the eye well irrigated. She may need antibiotic ointment or drops. She should be seen as there are many causes of a pink or red eye. All the best.
