? Sinusitis: And possibly Eustachian Tube dysfunction causing middle ear problems, can all be due to rhinitis. I don't know which medications you are on, but you might need different approach. See an allergist/ENT doctor, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
