Possibly, see below: It's always hard to tell with these combination products. The best thing to do is to look at the active ingredient list side-by-side. They're usually good at telling you what each ingredient does (cough suppressant, antihistamine, etc.). If two of the same ingredient are in each product - for example, two antihistamines - and especially if both products contain acetaminophen, do *not* take both.
