i took xl-3 allergy 24hr which contains loratadine, now i have a strong headache, what medicine can i take? can i take tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Yes Tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok: Unfortunately headache is one of the common side effects of Loratadine. You can take Tylenol, (acetaminophen) there is no interaction with Loratadine and it will definitely help. Get well soon!

Yes : XL-3 also contains phenyl epherine, a decongestant, can increase your blood pressure if you're already hypertensive, at any rate, headache can be a side effect of the drug, or the disease itself can cause the symptom, hold the medicine for now, check your blood pressure, plain acetaminophen can help, if you still suffer, see your doctor, goodluck
