Probably: Chlamydia can produce respiratory tract infection. Many stds can be acquired by having semen into the oral cavity or the back of the throat. It is a form of unprotected sex. Be careful. Anybody with one std has a high probability of having more than one. Go and get HIV and syphilis tested.

Agree w Dr. Raff: Chlamydia can cause pharngeal/ throat infection when spread via oral sex. This is not a common method of transmission. My understanding is that chlamydia is not spread through saliva. I am not aware of chlamydia being spread oral to genital via saliva. Oral sex has potential to transmit a number of sti's. Herpes simplex, hiv, hpv, gonorrhea, syphilis ; hepatitis can be spread via oral sex.
