What type of water do i use in nettipot? how do i sanitize nettipot? is it ok to use with allergies of sinitus?

Distilled or boiled: Only use distilled or boiled water with netipot. Never use tap water. Very good for both allergies and sinus problems. Either replace the netipot (if plastic) after 3 months of use or can sanitize with white vinegar and hot water.
