Further testing: During pregnancy, there is a redistribution of your blood volume, which can certainly contribute to a feeling a dizziness. Nausea from morning sickness can also cause dizziness. I am concerned about the "water" part; if I saw you in an office setting I would be concerned that this may be related to pulmonary edema or PE and would want to pursue some further testing.
