Not really: The type of allergy test has a lot to do with what you try to avoid.Without having the specific data, there is no way to clearly recommend an item as safe or not Cross contamination can occur when machinery that is used for several different grains. Today's labeling laws usually provide you with warnings if processing equipment was shared with other grains
