Face Wash & Toner: Yes, most cosmetics and cleansers have harsh chemicals--especially lipstick which often contains lead. Kalire Labs has products that are purer. You can do a search. I don't know about apple cider vinegar. Consume good fats and oils, i.e., coconut oil and olive oil. Avoid vegetable oils. Peace and good health.
