Wash with water: That's a very innovative treatment attempt! Apple cider vinegar is mild and shouldn't cause any problem, BUT if it dried on your skin it might leave a sugar rim! It won't remove moles though. If the white ring remains after you've washed, you should see a physician. But don't mess with moles. Lots of models have them, they make your face interesting. If you mess with them they can change.

Need the Doc: It is important not to try and treat yourself. You need to see the Dr. for the mole as no remedies of putting things on the mole will take adequate care of it. See the Dr. and get the mole and now the irritation around it assessed and treated. Best wishes to you, good luck.
