YES: This may be old blood in the nipple area and requires a breast exam and ultrasound by your GYN.

Yes!: Discharge from a nipple, especially if bloody or only from one side can be a sign of cancer. it needs to be worked up with an exam, mammogram and possible ultrasound. Best wishes!
